Detected Telegram groups waiting for approval
New Telegram groups appear here after someone sends a message in the group while the bot is a member. Approve groups to show them in the inbox, create topics for forum-enabled supergroups, or delete duplicate local records from the Hub archive.

Telegram group setup for administratorsCreate a Telegram group
- Open Telegram and start a new group.
- Add the people who should use the group.
- Choose a clear group name that administrators can recognize later in LucidTech Hub.
- Send one normal message in the group after the bot is added so the Hub can detect the chat.
Add the LucidTech bot
- Open the group info screen.
- Choose Add members or Administrators, depending on the Telegram client.
- Search for
@LucidTechHub_botand add it to the group. - Promote
@LucidTechHub_botto administrator.
Grant bot permissions
- Read messages or remain in the group.
- Send messages.
- Send media, documents, links, and other attachments.
- Delete messages if administrators expect Hub deletions to affect Telegram later.
- Manage topics if the group uses Telegram forum topics.
Finish in LucidTech Hub
- Send a test message in Telegram after the bot is an administrator.
- Open the bottom account menu in LucidTech Hub and choose Groups.
- Click Refresh if the new group is not visible yet.
- Approve the active group entry to show it in the shared inbox.
- Send a reply from the Hub and confirm it appears in Telegram as
@LucidTechHub_bot.
Handle duplicate group entries
- If Telegram upgrades a normal group into a supergroup, the Hub can show both the old group ID and the new
-100...supergroup ID. - Keep and approve the active supergroup entry.
- Delete stale duplicate entries from Groups to remove them from the Hub archive.
- Deleting a group in the Hub does not delete the Telegram group itself.
